National Vertical Marathon 2009

It was my first try on the vertical marathon... It was not as tough as I had imagined but it was much tougher than running on flat ground... Perhaps different muscles group is in action and it is my first ever climbing more than 10 floors... haha... In total, this vertical marathon that had 1300 participants covers 60 floors...

I arrived there at 6a.m. so much earlier than the registration time... Vincent and his wife joined me soon after... We registered together and managed to get into the 8th details which run on the first wave... Very good, earlier start, earlier go home...

Finished the climb about 12 mins plus... Not too bad for a first timer even though I was walking up the stairs most of the time... haha...

After the climb, collected the goodies bag... The t-shirt was quite well designed... Like it!... and there were so many goodies in the bag... Not bad, not bad... haha...
