Was invited by IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority Singapore) to join in the X-country run... and since we are neighbour, decided to participate for fun... HoonLip, Kwock Pui, Lynette, Michele, Neoh, Raine, Vincent and me represented Singapore Customs...
The 4.8km run was a little more taxing than I expected cos' of the HOT weather... No water points at the 2km point... They only stationed it at the 4km mark... Very dry lei... Think I'm pampered by the normal run organised by bigger organisation like the "Real Run", "Solomon" where they have many water points... hehe...
Anyway, managed to secure a good placing... I think I reached the finishing line below the top 10 position... Vincent did a better job, ending at the 4th position... Well done buddy!!!...
Looking forward to the Newton Run on 1st March next...Who's taking part?...;)
